I wanted to share a recently completed project:
|
||
A three-story, (18) unit multifamily in Bryan, TX.
|
||
|
||

This could be a great project to redevelop in/around Madison—it needs about 0.8 acres.
|
||
|
||
The architecture and engineering fees would be significantly reduced, as we've already designed and built the project.
|
||

Why reinvent the wheel?

P.S. We're also working on an (8) unit pocket neighborhood, which could be another strong candidate for redevelopment. It requires about 1.3 acres.
