Hi

I hope all is well!

I wanted to share a recently completed project: A three-story, (18) unit multifamily in Bryan, TX.

https://openingdesign.com/portfolio/marco-polo-multifamily-101-w-33rd-st-bryan-tx/

This could be a great project to redevelop in/around Madison—it needs about 0.8 acres.

The architecture and engineering fees would be significantly reduced, as we've already designed and built the project.

Why reinvent the wheel?

Id be happy to chat if you, or someone you know, might be interested in redeveloping the project on another lot.

All the best, Ryan ryan@openingdesign.com 773-425-6456

P.S. We're also working on an (8) unit pocket neighborhood, which could be another strong candidate for redevelopment. It requires about 1.3 acres.

P.S. There's also a 71 unit in Eau Claire we did about 5 years ago, which could be another strong candidate for redevelopment.

Any interest redeveloping this project in Madison?

Hi Jessie,

I'm a local architect in Madison.

We recently completed a three-story, 18-unit multifamily project in Bryan, TX, and I wanted to see if youd be interested in redeveloping it in Madison—it requires about 0.8 acres.

Since we've already designed and built this project, architecture and engineering fees would be significantly reduced.

Why reinvent the wheel--refine the wheel.

Let me know if you'd like to discuss the potential for redeveloping this project on another site.

All the best, Ryan Schultz ryan@openingdesign.com 773-425-6456

P.S. OpeningDesign is a unique architecture firm where most of our projects are open source, allowing clients to reuse and adapt designs freely for other sites.

See our portfolio for other possible projects for redevelopment: https://openingdesign.com/work/

Hi, I'm a local architect and was wondering if you'd be open to connecting. Our firm uses open-source design to cut costs, speed up innovation, and create more collaborative, efficient projects.

Hi Robert,

My name is Ryan Schultz. I'm a local architect here in the Madison Area.

Sorry to bother you, but I noticed from public records it looks like you might own 5633 Lacy Rd.

In short, I was wondering if you'd be interested in selling?

I'm looking to develop a pocket neighborhood, similar to the one we're currently designing in Fort Atkinson--and think this site would be a great fit. https://openingdesign.com/portfolio/highland-haven-pocket-neighborhood/
