Anyone want to redevelop this project on another site?

It's a pocket neighborhood we are designing and developing in Wisconsin. This is our first venture into development.

We (OpeningDesign.com) are a unique architecture firm, in that, most of our projects are Open Source.

That is, anyone is free to use our BIM/CAD models and construction documents to redevelop the project elsewhere--as long as concepts such as 'share-alike' and 'attribution' are honored.

Why do we do this?

Put simply, we think it's a more efficient way to practice architecture--in that, we don't need to reinvent the wheel every time. The wheel gets better through iteration.

Additionally, it brings in more work for us. Yes, anyone can modify these drawings/models, but since our head has been in the project from day one, it typically makes sense for our clients to hire us to do any modifications that might be necessary on their particular site.

The other very cool part of this project--we think, anyway--is that all these drawings were produced with an open source BIM/CAD program called, BonsaiBIM.org. So anyone can download this program for free and modify the native files directly.
