####In order to not get bombarded with email whenever an issue or comment is posted on the repo you are watching(or following), you can use the following steps to turn off notifications...

1. Click on 'Your Profile'...
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click on 'Edit profile'....
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the 'Notifications' Tab...
   
   
   
   
4. Uncheck 'Email' under "Watching Updates to any repositories or threads you’re watching".
