## Architect & Consultant Agreement
|

The following is an agreement between Zenteno Solutions *(consultant)* and OpeningDesign *(client)*.

* We understand the project file and project communication will be publically hosted on Github. Specific location: https://github.com/OpeningDesign/Vacation_Rental
|
|
* We understand our digital content associated with this project (BIM, PDFs, text files, etc.) will be licensed under an open source, 'copyleft' license: [Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0)](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/). Copyright and attribution of this content will be associated with [Zenteno Solutions](http://www.zenteno.net/).
|
|
* We understand, since OpeningDesign is a small firm, we will be compensated when the owner of the building project (FYF LLC.) pays OpeningDesign for the services rendered by Zenteno Solutions.
|
|
|
|
|
