## What is this site?
The OSArch Wiki at `wiki.osarch.org` is a community knowledge base covering open source
tools, workflows, and resources for architecture and construction. Wiki edits represent
a distinct and undervalued form of contribution — documentation and shared knowledge
that outlasts any single forum thread.
---
## Inclusion criteria
| Criterion | Met? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Data is publicly accessible (no API key required) | Yes | MediaWiki public API, no authentication required |
| Actively used by a meaningful portion of the community | Yes | Active knowledge base for the OSArch ecosystem |
| Activity represents genuine effort, not easily gamed | Yes | Wiki edits require research and writing |
| Platform is stable enough to depend on | Yes | MediaWiki is a mature, stable platform |
| Relevant to the community's actual work | Yes | Directly documents OSArch tools and workflows |
---
## Score weight
Current weight in `config.yaml`: `wiki_edits: 0.2`
Deliberately equal to forum posts — documentation is undervalued in most open source
communities and the weight reflects that intentionally.
---
## Concerns or open questions
- Username mapping: wiki usernames may not match GitHub or forum usernames
- Edit quality varies; raw count is a blunt signal
