add Table of Contents to consume offline #2

This is just a proposal to create folders for the initial videos 001000_20250218_1337 - moving objects and setting a few preferences to 018500_20250220_0824 - Extruding a profile along a path so all videos are within 6digit folders.
I also added a python script (to be run in the top folder) to parse the first level folder structure with 6 digits and create an index.html Table of contents which allows for easy access from the downloaded files.
Please remove the .txt as i had to add it to get it uploaded.

Sure. I have successfully forked the project with the user you provided to https://hub.openingdesign.com/falken10vdl/Bonsai_Tutorials
I am trying to get a local clone from that one (still getting timeouts to my linux box. will try in windows) in order to publish a new branch and then do a PR.
